Powder's Pals Rescue is a 5o13(c) non-profit, created by a group of people, dedicated to the rescue and re-homing of non-breed specific dogs and cats. There are so many dogs and cats in the Dallas area shelters that deserve a second change. While there are many reasons a dog or a cat is in the shelter, the fact remains, they are fantastic, loving animals, former pets, that do not deserve to be there. Our mission is to find, rescue, and fully Vet, these sometimes abused, abandoned, neglected once loved pets and re-home them. How can we do this? 5o13(c) operate at the mercy of your generousness donations. Through these donations we are able to rescue, care for, feed and transport our animals. Donations can be provided via cash, check or credit card. Donations can also include bedding, food, toys, crates, leashes and collars. Every bit helps us, Powder's Pals Rescue to achieve our goal. We are looking for fosters and volunteers. Fosters help by housing the dog or cat and can help them adjust back to the home life. Virtual fosters can help buy paying for the care of the animal but do not have to house them, we would house the dog or cat. Volunteers are need to help with transport as well as adoption evens.
